INGREDIENTS: 2 oz Limoncello Saraceni ½ oz Lemon juice One strawberry 4 Basil leaves 2 oz Gosling’s Ginger Beer METHOD: Muddle the strawberry and basil, add the remaining ingredients (except the Gosling’s Ginger Beer) shake well and strain into ice filled glass. Top with Gosling’s Ginger beer. Garnish with basil leaf.
