TASTE
Ruby red colour with a remarkable luminosity. Fruity on the nose, with hints of small red and black fruits, such as cherry and berries, but also violet and sweet spices. Quite fresh on the palate with a remarkable fruity streak and well-balanced tannins.

Variety: 85% Sangiovese – 10% Canaiolo – 5% Colorino
Wine Making Process: Fermentation at controlled temperature not exceeding 27°.
Maceration process in stainless steel tanks for about 14 days.
Ageing: 12 months in 35 hL Slavonian oak casks and long ageing in bottle
