TASTE
Tender but bitter cherry notes. Good concentration with a subtle and balanced hint of oak. The palate has a velvety texture, chalky tannins and a long, salty, savoury finish.

Variety: 95% Sangiovese – 5% Merlot
Wine Making Process: Fermentation at controlled temperature not exceeding 26°. Maceration process in stainless steel tanks for about 20 days.
Ageing: 24 months in French oak barrels (50% new ones) and 9 months of bottle ageing
