Is an adult signature required at delivery?

Yes. Since it is an alcohol, an adult signature is required at delivery. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a work address or an address where someone will be available to sign. We are also unable to ship to PO boxes.

Can I pick up a delivery due to the adult signature requirement?

Absolutely! We ship via FedEx and UPS, so you can can contact the shipper and request to have your package held at a one of their locations and pickup at your own convenience.

How do I place an order?

Ordering from is simple. You can browse red, white, rosé, brut bubbly and sweet bubbly, and then add to cart. Or take the stress out of buying with our mixed cases! You do not need to create an account to checkout, but it does make the re-ordering process easier. Be sure to send your wines to an address where someone 21+ will be available to sign.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards. We also offer express checkout with Paypal, ApplePay, GPay.

Do I have to order at least 3 bottles?

Yes. Shipping would be prohibitively expensive if we shipped just one bottle. You can mix & match different products until you reach the minimum of 3 or multiples (i.e. 6, 9, 12 and so on). Plus, ordering 6-packs ensure that we can give you free shipping! Because, who doesn’t want more wine?

My shipment was damaged. What now?

Sorry to hear that. E-mail us at with an image of the damage and we will coordinate a refund or we’ll re-ship you replacement product free of charge.

What are your bottles made of? Are they recyclable?

Our bottles are made of high-quality glass and are fully recyclable.
