Villa Machiavelli Jewels - Five Century of Chianti Classico History
Tuscany, the cradle of culture and of illustrious men who have made history, but also a land of noble wines. In the commune of San Casciano, Niccolò Machiavelli, the greatest political writer of all time, wrote “The Prince” and it is here that the paternal activity, the cultivation of olives and vines, still continues.
And so the greatness of Niccolò Machiavelli encounters and merges with nature, with genuineness, and with traditions rich in flavor and vigor. The vineyards and olive groves of the ancient Fontalle farm extend around the tiny village. The renowned Chianti Classico DOCG and its Riserva are produced along with particular selections of exclusive wines from about 27 hectares of specialized cultivations of vines. Woods of cypress and oak still provide the setting for the village where time seems to have stood still.
Our Villa Machiavelli Collection is the three famous and award-winning Reds still produced in the Machiavelli Villa, the perfect expression of the Tuscan terroir.
