This wine – which takes its name from the noble Orvieto Monaldeschi della Vipera family – is transformed by its charm and allure, along with tradition and originality, into a special moment in everyday life. The local and international grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel. After malolactic fermentation part of the wine is aged for 8–12 months in French oak barriques. Vipra Umbria Rosso is a deep ruby red in color with vibrant aromas, fruity hints beautifully blended with spicy notes, and a velvety, well-balanced flavor.
