With no middlemen, because we deliver directly to you from the winery in the heart of Italy. This is how we imagined, and still, believe, your shopping experience should be. From the comfort of your home, ordering and receive your new favorites is made easy.

Once we package up your order and get it ready for shipping, we'll shoot you an email with all the tracking info you'll need. You can also find the tracking details on your "Account" page.

Keep in mind that whoever signs for the delivery must be at least 21 years old. If the courier can't find anyone to sign during their three delivery attempts, we suggest using a business address to make sure you get your wine on time. If that's not possible, you can always chat with the courier to see if you can pick up your shipment at one of their nearby spots.

Shipping times vary depending on the delivery address (estimated at checkout), and typically range from 2-7 business days.



What does shipping cost for the 3, 6, and 12 bottle options?

We usually offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15. If you order any 6 bottles or more, shipping is on us. Extra charge may be applied for US delivery to HI, AK and PR.

Once my order is shipped, how can I track it?

We keep you updated every step of the way! A confirmation email will be sent to you with tracking information. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your package, please contact us.

Can I ship to a work address or PO Box? Any other places I can ship my wine?

Yes, we can ship to business addresses. In fact, it’s the most reliable way to receive your wine! We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. All deliveries require a signature by someone 21+ years old.
Our preferred carrier of choice is UPS or FedEx. If you won’t be home or are unable to sign for the package for some reason, UPS’s Hold At Access Point services allow you to arrange for pickup at one of their nearby locations on your terms.

What do I do if the wine I receive is damaged? Or it's missing a bottle?

We put the utmost care into packaging up and shipping your wines, but accidents happen from time to time, and there’s no use in crying over spilled wine. Please contact us if your package has a damaged or missing bottle and we’ll coordinate replacing it.
