Our new limited edition revives the historic craftsmanship of Chianti through the ancient "Governo all'uso toscano" method. This traditional technique, cherished by generations of winemakers, involves a second fermentation with partially dried grapes, enriching the wine's character and creating an unforgettable balance of flavor and finesse.
